Posology

Saffron stigmas : Satiereal^® is a patented saffron extract that regulates eating behaviour by modulating serotonin levels. It reduces cravings and emotional eating, which are often linked to stress or low mood. Spirulina: rich in fibre, which slows digestion, increases satiety and helps reduce food intake.Carob: swells in the stomach, providing a physical sensation of satiety. Slows carbohydrate digestion, stabilises blood sugar levels, reduces glycemic spikes responsible for sugar craving.
