JOB OPENING

As part of our development in Asia, we are looking for an Asia-based International Trainer to join our local operations in China, based in Shenzhen (preferred), Shanghai or Hong Kong.

The position is dedicated 70% to the China market and 30% to other Asian markets.

What will your responsibilities be?

1. Training

Deliver training in English on LPG brand philosophy, patented technology, device principles and operating protocols.

Explain indications, contraindications and troubleshooting procedures to ensure safe and compliant product use by clients.

2. B2B Event Support

Support roadshows, product launch events and industry exhibitions in China and Asia.

Provide professional presentations and hands-on device demonstrations to help increase sales conversion.

3. B2C Event Support

Support LPG partner salons with in-store events, client salons and technical sharing sessions.

4. Key Account Support

Provide one-on-one technical coaching and advanced training for Key Accounts.

5. Feedback & Coordination

Collect client feedback and support event preparation and post-event reviews.

About you: 

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a trainer or event presenter in the international beauty or high-end aesthetic device industry.
• Experience with LPG or similar imported body contouring / anti-aging devices is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Asian beauty market is preferred.

Skills

• Strong stage presence and confidence in live presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Solid knowledge of body contouring, anti-aging, lymphatic drainage, etc.
• Good interaction and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Other requirements

• French or European / Western nationality preferred.
• Able to communicate in English for work and training purposes.
• Basic Chinese is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with frequent travel.
• Strong resilience under pressure.
• Good presentation and demeanor.
• Must be eligible for a valid Chinese work permit and have a clean record.
