Corporate Social Responsability (CSR)

Since it was founded in 1986, LPG® has been working to improve the health, beauty and wellness of everyone through innovative, non-aggressive and ethical technologies.

Our CSR policy is rooted in our strong DNA and builds upon it by supporting our professional customers in growing their businesses while enhancing workplace well-being for our employees.

From the beginning, we have embraced a responsible business model that prioritises short supply chains and a circular economy, giving our machines multiple lives. We also remain committed to transparency and accountability with all our stakeholders.

A dedicated CSR committee, led by our CEO, meets monthly to shape our CSR strategy and oversee its implementation.

Recognising that CSR is a collective effort, we launched the “LPG® For The Planet” initiative this year. This volunteer-driven collective identifies and implements actions to help reduce the environmental impact of our business.

In practical terms, this means:

Our Charter of Responsibilities, our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion, which guides our day-to-day decision-making.
To minimise our environmental impact, we have accelerated the development of innovative skincare products that are more eco-responsible:

  • This includes ensuring the safety of raw materials through a highly restrictive exclusion list, alongside the use of upcycled ingredients, such as rambutan sourced from agricultural waste and collagen derived from sustainable fishing practices.

  • We have done away with excess packaging, such as overwrapping and labels, and now use tubes containing a minimum of 50% recycled plastic.

  • Finally, the majority of our skincare products are manufactured in the Rhône-Alpes region by a partner actively pursuing an ambitious CSR policy of its own.
